- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cut into small cubes
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the vegetable oil and swirl to coat the pan.
- Add the cubed tofu to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until lightly browned. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the tofu to a plate and set aside.
- Add the broccoli florets to the same skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until tender-crisp. If the skillet becomes too dry, add a splash of water to help steam the broccoli.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Return the tofu to the skillet and pour in the soy sauce mixture. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and everything is well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice.
