Strawberry Protein Crepes

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 scoop Giant Sports Delicious vanilla shake protein powde
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tsp. granulated stevia
  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp. 1/3 less fat strawberry cream cheese
  • 6 large strawberries ; chopped
  •  
  • INSTRUCTIONS

    1.) Combine first 5 ingredients in a blender and mix until batter is smooth.

    2.) Heat non-stick skillet or pan on the stovetop over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray and pour about ½ of the crepe batter on the pan. Cook until small bubbles form then flip and cook on the other side.

    3.) Once crepes are cooled, evenly spread cream cheese and ½ of the chopped strawberries in the middle of the 2 crepes, fold together, and top both with remaining strawberries and additional cream cheese, if desired.
