#### Ingredients


**For the Cake:**

- 1 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- ¼ teaspoon baking soda

- ¼ teaspoon salt

- ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature

- ¾ cup granulated sugar

- 2 large eggs, room temperature

- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- ½ cup full-fat sour cream, room temperature

- 2 tablespoons milk

- 1 cup packed light brown sugar

- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon


**For the Streusel Topping:**

- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

- ½ cup light brown sugar, packed

- ⅓ cup granulated sugar

- ¼ teaspoon salt

- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, partially melted


#### Instructions


1. **Preheat the Oven**:

   - Preheat your oven to **350°F (177°C)**. Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.


2. **Prepare the Cinnamon Swirl**:

   - In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl. Set aside.


3. **Make the Streusel Topping**:

   - In a medium bowl, combine all streusel ingredients. Drizzle the partially melted butter over the mixture and toss until just combined but still clumpy. Set aside.


4. **Prepare the Cake Batter**:

   - In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

   - In another large bowl, use a handheld mixer to beat the butter and granulated sugar on high speed until smooth and creamy (about 2 minutes).

   - Add the eggs, milk, sour cream, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and beat until well combined.

   - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until just combined (do not overmix; the batter will be thick).


5. **Assemble the Cake**:

   - Spoon half of the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.

   - Sprinkle half of the cinnamon swirl mixture evenly over the batter.

   - Carefully spread the remaining batter on top of the cinnamon mixture.

   - Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon swirl mixture over this layer and then top with streusel topping.


6. **Bake**:

   - Bake in the preheated oven for about **40-45 minutes**, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.


7. **Cool and Serve**:

   - Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about **15 minutes**, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
