#### Ingredients


- **1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats**

- **1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup** (optional, for sweetness)

- **1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract** (optional)

- **1 cup mixed berries** (fresh or frozen; strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

- **1 tablespoon chia seeds** (optional, for added nutrition)

- **1/2 teaspoon cinnamon** (optional)


#### Instructions


1. **Combine the Base Ingredients:**

   - In a mason jar or a sealable container, add the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.


2. **Layer the Berries:**
