#### Instructions


1. **Prepare the Crabs:**

   - Clean the crabs thoroughly. Remove the gills and cut them in half. Crack the legs slightly to allow the sauce to penetrate.


2. **Make the Spice Paste:**

   - In a blender, combine garlic, ginger, and red chilies to form a coarse paste. If using dried chilies, soak them in hot water for about 10 minutes before blending.


3. **Cook the Spice Paste:**

   - Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Add the spice paste and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
